Refund and Cancellation Policy

At SMS Agencie, we take great pride in the quality of our food products (Flour, Grain, Oil, Sugar, etc).
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement or before they are dispatched, whichever is earlier.
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund Policy
Strict No-Refund Policy: Since we deal in perishable food items, we do not offer refunds once a payment is successfully processed and the product is dispatched.
Damaged/Wrong Products: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at [Insert Email] within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos. We will review the case and may offer a replacement at our sole discretion.
Failed Transactions: For payments debited from your account but not confirmed by our system, the refund will be processed by your bank/payment gateway (Paytm) within 5-7 working days.
